I can’t say enough about Home and Hearth in Fargo and the amazing customer service and assistance we received. When we purchased a twin home in Grand Forks in 2006 it didn’t have a fireplace; we really wanted to have a gas one and only had one area in our living room that would work - it was a tight area. We contacted local vendors for suggestions/ideas and no suitable ones were offered. We began to think we were out of luck but decided to go out of the area to Fargo visiting Home and Hearth. WOW, are we glad we did! A Home & Hearth associate assisted us. After our initial visit and discussion we provided dimensions and photos to them via email and they provided us with super options. We worked together mainly over the phone or email. They helped us down to the detail of the wood to use for the mantel and hearth (to coordinate with the surroundings in our living area) and the ceramic/brick work for the surround to include putting us in touch with a subcontractor to do the installation of the tile. We couldn’t be happier with the project on how it turned out – the look of our home changed for the better with the installation of this Heat & Glo gas fireplace. After 4 years it still works as great as it did upon installation. From the salesperson, to the installation guys, to the subcontractors who did the wood work for the mantel/hearth and the ceramic tile we say THANK YOU! I started out saying what “amazing customer service” we received and I’ll end with it “AMAZING”! You’re missing out if you don’t visit Home & Hearth.
